"So what are you going to do? Give each potential husband the barf test?" he asked. "Puke on his shoes and see what happens?"
Although I had never thought about it until this line, it would be nice to have a husband that didn't get grossed out when you were sick. I love the dialog between Alice and her brother, Lester in this book - makes me wish I had an older brother, too.

This sounds like a charming YA book. The barf test is a new one to me!
